Sweeney has posted S2419 (the poaching bill) for a full Senate vote on Monday, June 10. S2419 is a radical de-regulation that would undo 2Oth Century reforms and laws. We defeated this measure since 2009, but it's now fast tracked under the guise of protecting farmers. New Jersey Audubon and the Farm Bureau are pushing it through. Please act.
