Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ran for office on a platform of getting serious about tackling climate change by working with the Premiers to create a new National Climate Plan. His new government reinforced that commitment when they agreed to the ambitious goal of limiting the effects of climate change to just 1.5 degrees at the Paris Climate Negotiations.

Now is the time to turn that bold talk into real action.

While the Liberal government and many of the Premiers have showed a real willingness to take meaningful action to address climate change, they are under tremendous pressure from the fossil fuel lobby and their friends in politics to fold on important points that must be at the core of any viable plan to save the climate before it's too late.

We must let our leaders know that there is no room to back down now and that we will have their backs if they do the right thing. Write a letter to them right now.
