Today, the State Senate passed a budget amendment cutting all departments about 1%, resulting in $106 million more for transportation. This is outrageous, as nearly every Senator who ran in 2018, ran on a “We support education” agenda.

Email or call your State Senator NOW (720-580-4332) and tell them that students and educators deserve better funding when the State is currently cutting $672 million from public education. When politicians run on an education agenda, then students deserve that $106 million.
