WHY?

Under her leadership, Liz Magill not only allowed violations of the university's code of conduct, but she took taxpayer money while the school was arguably violating Title VI.

Some examples: At the University of Pennsylvania, a student disrupted Jews praying by yelling antisemitic speech & knocking over furniture, a bomb threat to the school's Hillel, vandalization & a swastika spray painted, antisemitic incidents with staff, & protests that included chants such as, “From water to water, Palestine will be Arab.”

Even when being questioned during the federal inquiry that has ensued, the Liz Magill could not take a clear stand against antisemitism. When asked if calling for the genocide of Jews was against the Universities' codes of conduct & would result in action being taken, Liz Magill stated it was a context-dependent situation.

She has shown with her words & actions (and lack-thereof), that she is not fit for a leadership position and does not have the best interests of Jewish students.
