Aldine AFT is advocating for a pay increase for teachers and support staff in Aldine ISD. This would allow teachers and staff in the district to compete with the rising cost of living in the Houston area.

Our educators are shaping the leaders of tomorrow, and they should be able to support their families as well! Aldine ISD employees have shown their commitment to our students and our district throughout the COVID 19 Pandemic and as we attempt to get back to some kind of normalcy; it's time for the district to show support and respect for their employees!

Sign our petition of support for teachers and other district staff, and ask the School Board and superintendent to provide the following:

• Pass a 3% pay raise for the 2022-2023 school year for teachers.
• Provide a $1500 flat increase for support staff.
• $5000 retention bonus

Send a letter to the Aldine ISD School Board asking them to approve a raise!
