Take action for the ROE Act
Last week, the Massachusetts House of Representatives passed central provisions of the ROE Act as Amendment #759 to the House version of the state budget. Now, the state Senate has attached similar provisions to its own version of the state budget as Amendment #180 — and it’s time to let them know that we must not only pass Amendment #180 and improve abortion access in our Commonwealth, but be sure to shut down anti-choice amendments filed to weaken it.
In Massachusetts and across the country, we have a responsibility to improve access to abortion. Before debate in the Senate starts, urge your senators to improve abortion access in Massachusetts and make reproductive freedom a reality for all.
