Its time! 2016 is a year of hope where we'll make major improvements to NM public services.

The failure to overhaul the state's compensation structure over the past decade has resulted in a real crisis where State compensation packages have become less competitive, and are failing to attract the next generation of skilled public servants.

At the same time, career state employees are being overburdened, throwing in the towel, and leaving for better paying, less stressful work with private sector, County, or City governments.

Sign to demand a plan of action from the Martinez Administration and New Mexico Legislature to address safety concerns and lapses in public service which result from high vacancy rates at many State agencies.

We believe in a better and rising New Mexico. Now we need the Governor to believe and invest budget surpluses in NM families - NOT ineffective tax cuts for wealthy few!
