Lane County workers need a fair contract now!

AFSCME Logo

AFSCME-represented Lane County workers have been on the front lines to serve our community during these unprecedented times. AFSCME began direct bargaining on March 18th and the Lane County Management Bargaining Team only met with us 6 times over the course of 150 days after cancelling multiple bargaining sessions and with the majority of those sessions being only half-days. After our last session, it became clear that at our current pace, our members could still be waiting months for a fair contract. With the rising cost of groceries, rent, and gas- our members cannot wait. Please let the Lane County Board of Commissioners know that we need a fair contract now!
