On Friday, July 25th, the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights gave five school districts across Northern Virginia ten days to restrict transgender students' right to use proper facilities and to end policies that include these students. Cruelly, the Office claims inclusive policies violate Title IX. This was launched after an investigation initiated by Stephen Miller's white nationalist legal front, America First Legal.
