Massachusetts Medicare for All (S744), establishes a state single payer health care system, provides healthcare for all Massachusetts residents and individuals who work more than 20 hours per week in the state, without premiums, co-pays or deductibles. Dental, vision and long term care would be covered as well as out-patient and hospital care. The bottom 90% of MA residents would pay less for their healthcare, only the top 10% would pay more. Price-gouging corporations should not get to profit off our sickness.
