The Brandeis Center and Stand With Us recently filed a bogus lawsuit against the State of California, seeking a ban on curriculum about Palestine and authentic Ethnic Studies in California’s schools. These groups have a record of deploying baseless lawsuits to weaponize antisemitism allegations—falsely conflating anti-Zionism with antisemitism.

We are concerned that Newsom, Bonta and Thurmond will settle this lawsuit behind closed doors, without public comment and without trial. Don’t let this happen!
