SB 10 invalidates the use of state-educational-issued student IDs for voting; requires the county voter registration office to remove voters from the voting rolls if they have not cast a vote in the two most recent general elections; puts unreasonable requirements on county clerks to verify citizenship; and ends the requirement that BMV employees ask customers if they want to register to vote or update their registration.
