SB 425 Energy Production Zones now has an amendment that excludes solar and wind projects in favor of coal, natural gas, and small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs).

SB 423 Small Modular Nuclear Reactor Pilot Program and SB 424 Small Modular Nuclear Reactor Development Costs both slow down Indiana’s transition to clean energy and pass on to ratepayers the cost of development of unproven SMRs.
