HB140, the Ron Silverio/Heather Block End-of-Life Options Act, gives terminally ill, mentally capable adults the ability to request a prescription from their doctor that they can choose to self-ingest to peacefully relieve their suffering.  Of Delaware voters, 72% believe this option should be available to those who choose it.
