Given that New York City is now due to receive full Foundation Aid funding from the state as a result of the CFE lawsuit in which class size was a central issue, it is time that the Legislature ensure that our students' right to small classes is also finally fulfilled. Please send a letter to your state legislators now, urging them to put requirements that NYC lower class size into their one-House budgets. Thanks!
