Things you might add include: where you live, your local situation (access, narrow roads, past fires), experience with the difficulty getting emergency vehicles to you and your family, the pace of development that ignores your safety concerns, the fear of what would happen in the event of a fire, and any information that would help the City understand the urgency of the situation.
