Tell WA Ecology it must stop sewage from polluting Puget Sound

Even though sewage treatment plants are the largest source of unsafe levels of nitrogen pollution in Puget Sound—the kind of pollution that causes “dead zones”—the Washington Department of Ecology is proposing to let them keep on polluting. Ecology needs to hear that its lack of meaningful action to stop the degradation of the Puget Sound ecosystem is unacceptable. Waiting to act means accepting a Puget Sound that is devoid of orcas, salmon, shellfish, and smothered with algae.
