Student Workers at NYU (SWAN), Resident Assistants are unionizing! NYU student workers are unionizing for various reasons. Some of the goals we could achieve through collective bargaining are better pay and benefits, work-life boundaries, improved training, clearer boundaries for job role, consistency and transparency.
