Help North Topsail Beach pass legislation in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives to remove the town from the Coastal Barrier Resources System (CBRS). The properties and beaches within CBRS are ineligible for federal financial assistance, including public flood insurance and storm mitigation funds. The prohibition of federal support keeps NTB from completing projects that makes the town more resilient to storms.
