The elected State Superintendent of Schools, Tom Torlakson, and the California Department of Education (CDE) are responsible for oversight of Ross Valley Charter.  Given the charter’s rapidly declining enrollment, the charter’s budget is nonviable and thus the CDE has a responsibility to investigate and revoke RVC’s charter.  Fill out the form to the right and click ‘Start Writing’.  On the next page, you can then simply hit ‘Send’ to send a pre-written letter to Tom Torlakson and the CDE or modify/write your own.
