Save Alcoa Intalco Jobs in Washington State

Alcoa Intalco Works, the largest capacity aluminum smelter in the United States and one of only seven left nationwide, recently announced it was closing its Ferndale, Washington facility. If Alcoa closes its doors, 700 Washington state working families will instantly lose their livelihoods in a city of only 15,000 people.

Allowing the facility to close would do significant and irreversible damage to the state and our nation's capacity to produce aluminum, severely weakening our domestic supply chain and jeopardizing our national security.

Please join us in asking Washington state legislators and Gov. Inslee to use all existing avenues to save these jobs and this strategically important industry.
