HB 1421 criminalizes doctors who help minors access gender-affirming care and dramatically reduces gender-affirming care for adults by denying certain insurance coverage. Gender-affirming healthcare is often a lifesaving procedure; by criminalizing the procedure and anyone associated with it, this bill clearly lays the foundation for a Trans genocide.
