SB 700, a bill to help put solar + storage into the hands of everyday consumers is in trouble. It would provide incentive funding to expand energy storage systems. We just heard that it has not yet been signed by the governor due to opposition. SB 700 already passed the Senate and the Assembly and is an important companion bill to SB 100, for 100% clean electricity by 2045.

Governor Brown has just three more days to sign it (by this Sunday 9/30). We need you to weigh in directly with the governor’s office. Please send this letter ASAP urging him to sign SB 700 in time. You will also be prompted to share with friends at the end.
