Instead of filing legislation to give incentive funding to small businesses, tackle the unemployment and housing crisis, or elevate the efficiency of vaccine dissemination, the Florida Legislature is fast-tracking a bill (HB7/SB72) that gives corporations and government agencies COVID-19 liability immunity for COVID-19 negligence and removes business and government incentives to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus in Florida.
