The Senator has become a radical hypocrite in his approach to his duties as a Senator. He has forgotten that he was elected by the PEOPLE OF FLORIDA, not big corporations and wealthy individuals. As such, he is being sent a pink slip notification for his failure to work for the good people who call Florida home and because he has instead focused his efforts on SOCIALISM FOR WEALTHY ELITES.

The Senator favors the term “radical left” when referring to moms, dads, grandparents, and others that are demanding the Senator stand up against racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, anti-semitism, homophobia, ageism, ableism, elitism, misogyny, and bigotry. Everyday Floridians expect their Senator to fight hard for a safe environment, quality public education, workers' rights, affordable housing, healthcare, retirement security, and justice and equity for all. Radical is a term that “represents or supports an extreme section of a political party.” The Senator’s actions, as demonstrated below, are extreme and supportive of the party of Trump, not the noble party of the Republicans, which has been corrupted and spoiled by the president, his administration, and a complicit Senate. Therefore, we must correct this misuse of terminology and from herein use the term RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio.

Senator Marco Rubio is being notified of his dismissal from representing Florida for the following reasons:

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio failed to support a qualified and fair justice for Supreme Court in Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. He made excuses and ignored the fact that over 2/3 of Americans support her for the Supreme Court.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has endangered the USA and the world for sharing classified war-time information. Despite being asked not to share sensitive information, RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio tweeted out a photo of Ukraine's President Zelenskyy.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has voted against the debate on the RIGHT TO CHOICE despite million of Floridians supporting the Right to Choice and the Freedom to Choice over one's body.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has chosen to be complicit in tearing apart voting rights by voting no to holding a debate in the Senate on "The Freedom to Vote Act" and "The For the People Act" which creates national standards for voter accessibility, ends dark money to prevent billionaires from buying elections, and guarantees that congressional districts are drawn to give fair representation for all.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio chose to live-tweet and skip supporting an event that unites the nation each year with the State of Union speech given by the commander in chief.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has chosen to be complicit in an insurrection attempt. By spreading misinformation and failing to denounce the BIG LIE, the Senator has chosen to put his party over democracy and the people of Florida. While he did not vote to overturn the election, he is still a radical hypocrite for emboldening a mob to take over our nation's capitol. Further, he voted against an investigation into the insurrection attempt on the Capitol.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has chosen to put his personal need to see a pro-life Supreme Court Justice seated over the needs of Floridians in desperate need of COVID-19 relief. A record number of Floridians have filed for unemployment, upwards of 2.5 million claims since March, and only about half have been paid. Furthermore, bankruptcies are expected to exceed those suffered in the Great Recession. The number of foreclosures and evictions is passing record numbers and yet our Senator has ZERO interest in addressing the needs of everyday working families.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has misled Floridians and the nation on the nature of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) which was intended to provide relief to small businesses but in fact, over 75% of the funds went to larger companies.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has ignored the national security threat of white supremacy and institutional racism that has impacted the health, economic well-being, and safety of many residents of Florida.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio's stances against the authoritarian leaders of Venezuela and Cuba are hypocritical when he continues to ignore the increasingly authoritarian tendencies of Donald Trump.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio, as a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI), continues to ignore the threats of Russia and Putin with regards to possible coordination with the Trump campaign, attacks on US elections, a misinformation campaign directed to Floridians via social media, and the bounties placed on US Troops.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has turned a blind eye to the emolument violations of Donald Trump. Corruption and abuse of power are very serious crimes, and yet the Senator has not once spoken out or taken action to protect Floridians.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has refused to seek out GUN SAFETY REFORM despite living in a state that represents PARKLAND and ORLANDO, two cities devastated by horrific gun violence.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has endangered all who call Florida home, regardless of their documentation status. The Senator has done nothing to assist Dreamers, DACA recipients, or TPS holders, all of whom are hardworking, contributing residents of Florida.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has ignored the threats of climate change and has failed to advocate for solutions to the climate threats Florida faces, from rising sea levels to changes in temperature, to extreme weather patterns.

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has flip-flopped with regard to Senate procedures in nominating a Supreme Court Justice. In a statement on the Neil Gorsuch nomination, Rubio remarked "I don’t think we should be moving forward with a nominee in the last year of this president’s term. I would say that even if it was a Republican president.” Yet here we are just a few years later with public statements like "U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio encouraged President Donald Trump on Monday to press forward with his nomination of a third Supreme Court justice – a decision that would shape the court for decades."

RADICAL Senator Marco Rubio has lost all credibility as his statements have become more and more hypocritical. For a clear dereliction of duty as stated above in his failure to represent the best interests of the citizens of the state of Florida, he is being served a pink slip.
