This letter (with a copy sent to NJDOT and FHWA) asks your legislators to:

Send a letter to NJDOT and FHWA seeking

1. A temporary fix for the questionable NEW $57M I-80 S-Curve Retaining Wall Project
2. An independent study to evaluate solutions to ALL the structural, safety, mobility, and congestions issues of the I-80 in the Delaware Water Gap – 🚧Fix the S-Curve
3. Immediately begin an Environmental Impact Statement for the controversial $65M 5-year I-80 Rockfall Project as required per regulations: 23 CFR §771.119 and 40 CFR § 1506.6

Thanks to everyone's help, we are doing well.  Our meetings, letters, phone calls and petitions helped:

• NJDOT to finally install warning signs for the I-80 S-Curve
• Delay the I-80 Rockfall Project for additional appropriate scrutiny
• 30 municipalities and ALL area state & fed elects are on record supporting our concerns over Delaware River Rockfall Project impacts
