Speak out about brutal repression in Honduras

The US-trained and financed Honduran state security forces continue firing live bullets at pro-democracy demonstrators in Honduras, murdering 62 year Telmo Villareal as he was simply passing by a demonstration on Saturday, January 20, and Ramón Fiallos, a local coordinator for the Broad Movement for Dignity and Justice (MADJ), the night of January 22. Just hours after Ramon was killed, at 4 am on the morning of January 23, police forced their way into the home of Geovanny Diaz Carcamo, another MADJ member active in the pro-democracy protests and a sustained community struggle to defend a local river, and forcibly removed Geovanny, shooting him repeatedly. That same morning, another pro-democracy demonstrator, 21-year old Jose Armando Mariona, was murdered.
