Stand with Pepsi Palm Oil Workers!
We have been calling upon Pepsi for more than two years to take meaningful action against the exploitation of Indonesian palm oil workers. The message has not been received. We need you to directly call upon CEO, Indra Nooyi and tell her that consumers will not tolerate the systematic abuse of palm oil workers in Pepsi’s supply chain.
Pepsi maintains a close business relationship with Indonesian agricultural conglomerate Indofood, which is cheating workers out of fair pay and benefits, threatening workers’ health with toxic chemicals, and compelling workers to hire children and bring their spouses to work through an unjust wage system on the palm oil plantations of one of its wholly owned companies. As a joint venture partner of Indofood, PepsiCo can and should do more to end these exploitative practices.
Send a message directly to CEO Indra Nooyi to get Pepsi to clean up their act!
