Action Together New Jersey members worked hard to get Governor Phil Murphy because we believed in what he promised on the campaign trail.  We STILL support his agenda:  that's why we voted him in as our Governor. We support Governor Murphy on standing his ground and fighting for New Jerseyans on this budget.  The solutions must be long-term and sustaining. We must have a budget with revenue that deals with real numbers and one that doesn't expire in 2 years. If we do not fight for it now, we will be back in this place in 2 years looking for ways to fund things while our potholes get bigger and bigger and our trains get delayed longer and longer.
