Stop Monsanto from Exploiting Corporate Tax Loopholes

Monsanto is the latest giant corporation trying to exploit the tax loophole known as a "corporate inversion." In recent years dozens of other companies have renounced their U.S. corporate “citizenship” and simply moved their corporate address offshore by buying a smaller foreign company.

This has cost us billions of dollars in lost tax revenue requiring the rest of us to pick up their tab. These companies do well, in part, due to taxpayer-funded purchases, services and research.

The only way to stop greedy corporations from exploiting tax loopholes is by getting Congress to close them.

Please use the form below to send a letter to your Senators urging them to support legislative action to stop Monsanto and other companies from deserting America by using "corporate inversions."
