Last month, voters in North Carolina elected Judge Mike Morgan to the NC Supreme Court.  He was endorsed by NCAE. But leaders in the state legislature are unhappy with his victory and are now considering the creation of two new seats on the Court, and allowing Governor McCrory to appoint these justices before he leaves office. This would effectively overrule the results of last month's election.  Help us stop this Supreme Court packing scheme by sending a message to your lawmakers today.
