Stop the Dominion Pipeline Extension in Durham!
Late last month we learned about a proposed fracked gas pipeline Dominion is proposing that's been in the works for more than 2 years!
There are more than 20 potential paths, most of which could follow roadways. Work is planned to start September 2020, but permits need to be approved. Dominion wants to recklessly expand its use of dirty, dangerous, climate-disrupting fracked gas even though clean, renewable energy sources are affordable and abundant right now. We need to ask our elected officials to protect them from Dominion’s ill-fated plans to build expensive, unnecessary projects that would pollute the air we breathe and the water we drink.
