PFAS, also known as the harmful Forever Chemicals, are used in a broad range of manufactured products in Indiana and have been shown to pose a variety of health risks.  HB 1286 would require the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to publish a registry of discharges of PFAS into Indiana waters.
