Support Right to Repair in North Carolina in 2023

Too often, lifesaving medical equipment sits broken in doctors' offices and hospitals for weeks, months, sometimes even years. Many medical equipment manufacturers have lucrative repair monopolies, and they're reluctant to let hospital technicians fix their equipment—even though technicians have the skills, knowledge, and experience to do the repairs.

North Carolina has a chance to restore technicians' right to fix everything they can. HB 752 would require medical equipment manufacturers to make parts, tools, and documentation for medical devices available to hospital technicians and other independent repair providers.

Tell your legislators why medical Right to Repair matters to you!
