Right now, we have a historic opportunity to secure essential protections for LGBTQ+ families by making sure the U.S. Senate passes the Respect for Marriage Act.

The bill will ensure that all state and federal government continue to recognize and respect all marriages, without discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, or race. It will provide clarity and assurance to millions of LGBTQ+ people about the future stability of their families.
