Support UCLA Health Teamsters United Against Forced Return-to-Office and Retaliation

Recently, UCLA Health managers summoned Teamsters members in Patient Access Services into individual meetings to pressure them into signing new telework agreements, threatening adverse action, and seeking individual concessions while bargaining is pending. The University is interfering with protected rights, retaliating against employees for engaging in protected activity, bypassing our Union, and effectuating or threatening unilateral change in violation of our contract.

Many of the Teamsters impacted by this change were hired into positions designated as fully remote. This work has been performed successfully in a fully remote environment, and they have consistently met productivity expectations and performance standards.
