TAKE ACTION: Call on Maryland’s Ethics Committee to Investigate Legislators’ Participation in “50 States One Israel” Trip

On September 16, the United Nations Commission of Inquiry released its most serious findings to date --concluding that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.

Despite this critical and urgent determination, several Maryland lawmakers — Sen. Cheryl Kagan (D), Rep. Nic Kipke (R), Sen. Mike McKay (R), and Sen. Johnny Ray Salling (R) — chose to participate in the controversial “50 States One Israel” trip , joining legislators from across the U.S. in political solidarity with Israel’s government as it continues to commit genocide and unspeakable acts of violence in Gaza and the West Bank with impunity.

This is beyond just troubling — it is an ethical crisis that requires action. Our state legislators have a responsibility to uphold integrity and transparency, not endorse the actions of a foreign government committing genocide.
