Please take a moment to urge the District Attorney of Wayne County, NY to launch an official investigation of Marshall BioResources and charge them with cruelty to animals.

Recent whistleblowers have reported and documented filthy, unsanitary living conditions; rampant neglect of animals’ most basic physical, psychological, and veterinary needs; bloody injuries routinely induced by unsafe housing; and frequent deaths of animals, including puppies, caused by negligence.
