Tell Bell Media it is not "clashes." It is violation of international law.
Take one minute and send a letter to Bell Media including CTV and CP24 to let them know you demand accurate unbiased reporting.
An occupier's violent military action against an occupied people even as they worship is not a "clash."
Meanwhile in Canada, Bell Media has been referencing "clashes" at "Jerusalem holy site."
"Clashes" mean two equal sides, but what's happening in Palestine is an occupying power shooting and killing unarmed civilian worshippers.
Some of Bell media biased reporting:
On Friday, April 15 on CP 24, news of "clashes" was repeated on ticker tape the whole day. The same story was repeated on the radio on News Talk 1010 at 11 pm.
On Friday, April 15, CTV ran the following Associated Press item Clashes erupt at Jerusalem holy site, more than 150 Palestinians injured
On Friday, April 15, CP24 ran the same Associated Press item under a different headline Palestinians clash with Israeli police at major holy site
On Sunday, April 17, CTV ran another Associated Press item More clashes in Jerusalem as Israeli police enter Al-Aqsa Mosque compound

More details of the attack on Al Aqsa
On April 15 as about 30,000 people had been in prayer at Al Aqsa Mosque, Israeli soldiers attacked with rubber bullets, stun grenades and beatings with police batons. More than 150 worshippers were injured. The international Islamic endowment that manages the mosque site said Israeli police entered in force before dawn, as thousands of Palestinian worshippers come together at the mosque for early morning prayers.
Then on Sunday, April 17, Israeli police again raided the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem, injuring hundreds of Palestinians and arresting hundreds more. On Sunday, Israeli police brutally cleared the compound to allow Israeli Jews to enter the area.
An Imam from Al-Aqsa Dr. Imam Azzam Abu-Rayash shared what happened in a webinar on April 16 with Justice for All.
Canada's Pathetic Response
Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister Joly issued a pathetic statement calling for "de-escalation" of the "violence in and around Al-Aqsa" not specifying that it is the violent occupier who is perpetrating war crimes against an occupied people.
Other actions you can take:
National Council of Canadian Muslims letter to the Prime Minister, Minister Joly, and opposition leaders. CJPME also initiated a letter writing campaign to Prime Minister Trudeau.
Justice for All letter to Prime Minister Trudeau. 17 Palestinians murdered, dozens injured & over 200 arrested since the beginning of Ramadan. Or you can call your Member of Parliament.
