Tell City Council: Every Tenant Deserves Legal Representation During An Eviction!
Charlottesville City Council is considering $117,000 to represent low-income tenants in eviction proceedings in the City. That's a great start, but it will leave approximately 200 low-income tenants unrepresented during their eviction every year.
Tell City Council: They must fully fund these efforts to give tenants a fair shot at remaining in their homes.
