Tell Congress: do your job and extend the eviction moratorium

On July 31, the federal eviction moratorium ended. Billions of dollars of support for renters hasn’t been dispersed, which means that millions of people are facing eviction because of overdue bills. Eviction notices have already started arriving to kick people out, all while we’re facing the Delta variant. This is a crisis, but it has a simple solution: Congress needs to extend the moratorium and ensure housing for all. Instead, our Reps have gone back home on recess, all while their very own constituents get kicked out of their homes.

It’s inhumane that our Congress would ignore millions of people while they vacation. Take action right now: demand that Congress return to D.C. and do their job to extend the eviction moratorium and ensure housing for all.
