Join us in demanding Enterprise:

1. Publicly call for an immediate end to the ICE “surge” into MN and for ICE to leave the state;
2. The officer who killed Renee Good must be held legally accountable. Demand a legitimate investigation with state involvement.
3. Immediately cease renting to ICE and demand the immediate return of all rental vehicles from the agency;
4. Exercise their 4th Amendment rights and publicly post signage denying entrance to immigration agents who do not have signed judicial warrants as required by law, as well train staff on how to respond when immigration agents arrive at stores;
5. Publicly call for Congress to freeze funding for ICE.

It’s been reported on social media that community members who have been snatched from street corners, have been put in the back of an Enterprise rental cars. On January 12th, A daycare teacher’s car was rammed by a truck that looks to be an Enterprise truck, before she was dragged through her broken window and abducted in that same vehicle.

Enterprise has reportedly rented more than a thousand vehicles to ICE agents in Minnesota according to social media. Meaning the is directly enabling agents in their campaign of terror. Let's demand better.
