The Georgia House of Representatives is considering legislation TODAY that will make it easier to get vaccines that help keep you healthy from vaccine-preventable illnesses like hepatitis, tetanus, or the flu.

But we need your help NOW to pass this important legislation.

Senate Bill 46 will allow Georgia pharmacists to continue administering the COVID-19 vaccine, as well as expand pharmacist administration of all Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) vaccines for adults. Many Georgia residents live in rural areas, where pharmacists are more readily accessed than other health care providers. Allowing pharmacists to provide all ACIP-approved vaccines for adults can help us tackle vaccine-preventable illnesses.
