In November, we, the Medieval Times show cast, knights and squires, and stable hands at the castle in Buena Park, California won our union election. However, Medieval Times management refuses to respect our union and bargain in good faith with us over our pay, benefits, and working conditions. Instead, Medieval Times management has filed baseless unfair labor practices against us, tried to censor our social media accounts, and even filed a frivolous lawsuit against us. Now, we are on strike in protest of Medieval Times management's countless violations of federal labor law, and management has brought in non-union performers in an attempt to break our strike.
