Immigrant rights activists Samantha Ibarra and Catherine Esperanza are facing charges for protesting to demand the city of Portland revoke the permit for the ICE facility. Ibarra was defending herself from a right wing agitator who has assaulted protestors for months without consequences, and was immediately arrested.
