We were one of the only red states that didn't pass a bill discriminating against LGBTQ+ people in 2023, but extreme lawmakers are doing everything in their power to change that in 2024.

The bills our opponents are planning to push are alarming: Banning medically necessary health care for transgender young people, censoring curriculum, forcing teachers to "out" LGBTQ+ students, and even changing the legal definition of “sex” to erase transgender people under the law.
