Tell the House and Senate: Save Affordable Internet for Millions!
Created in 2021, the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) helped nearly 23 million low-income households access high-speed broadband. Unfortunately, the program is officially out of money. The United Church of Christ Media Justice Ministry played a critical role in developing ACP, and we need your help to save it!
Senator Ben Ray Luján introduced the Secure and Affordable Broadband Extension Act to save this critical program. Representatives Nikki Budzinski and Mike Carey introduced companion legislation in the House.
Will you add your name to our petition demanding that your members of Congress co-sponsor and pass the bi-partisan compromise this legislation reflects?
As people of faith, we must ensure ALL God’s people have the tools they need to survive and thrive!
