In March, the Administration issued an executive order that stripped nearly a million federal workers of their collective bargaining rights and basic labor protections. In response, lawmakers from both parties introduced the Protect America’s Workforce Act to reverse the order and restore these rights.

Thanks to the work of union members, working families, and our supporters, we’ve gathered the signatures needed to require the House of Representatives to hold a floor vote. With this milestone reached, the Protect America’s Workforce Act will now move forward for consideration in the coming weeks.
