Tell Your Representative: We need to protect working women from sexual harassment

We need to make it easier for women, no matter the work they do, to be protected and take action in the face of abuse. No woman should have to smile a little longer and let loose hands slide when they are working to make a living.

This week, Democrats in Congress introduced the BE HEARD Act which would close the loopholes that leave many domestic workers without legal protections from sexual harassment, authorize grants for workers to help them seek legal recourse if they are harassed, and eliminate the lower minimum wage for tipped workers, which many say makes servers vulnerable to harassment by customers.

We demand that Congress take action and pass the BE HEARD Act.
