Right now the political voices of over 7,000 Nebraskans are silenced. Returning citizens must wait two years after completing their sentence before they regain the right to vote. These Nebraskans are our neighbors, they pay taxes, yet they don't get a say in our state and local government.

LB 75 removes that two year wait, giving these individuals the right to vote once they successfully complete their sentence. After passing three rounds of debate, Governor Ricketts vetoed the measure. Tell your senator to support LB 75 and override the governor's veto.
